A spa party can also be used for celebrating:

Birthdays	Whatever your age may be why not treat yourself to a bit of indulgence with some of your closest friends and family.
Hen nights/days	This could be done as an alternative to going out, a girlie night in with some nibbles and pampering.
Baby showers	At this stage in your pregnancy you may be unable to reach your toes! Why not let us do it for you? Also reflexology is excellent for relaxation during the later stages of pregnancy and what better way to relax than in your own home with your close friends.
Ante & post natal groups	Whether you are about to give birth or already have done so, you may not have any time for self anymore so may be in need of a bit of pampering. Reflexology can also help to induce labour too!
Reunions	Get together with some old school friends and reminisce about the old days.
On the morning of your wedding or a couple of days before to relax you
	Make up packages available for the big day, why not de-stress after all of the hard work of planning your wedding, you deserve it!
Students	What better way to relax after an exam and they don’t need to cost a fortune! Also end of year proms and parties, you choose the outfit, we will do the make over.
Sleepovers	Calm your teenage hormones with our relaxing spa evening taking the hard work out of your child’s sleepover.*
Husband & Wife	As a treat for an anniversary present.

Young children from the age of 3 will benefit from a 15 min reflexology treatment. * Parent/guardian consents will be required.

The parties can be done while your children are at school at the weekend or in the evening.

We will ensure that your evening goes to plan and is very relaxing and enjoyable, the hostess will receive 1 free treatment.
(These are only taster sessions, so you won’t be seeing / feeling the full benefit as if you were having a full session, however you will still find them very relaxing).

Prices
As a guide prices start from £10.00, contact is so that we can arrange a relaxing tailor made package just for you.

Larger parties
If you require a larger party with more people and longer treatments these can be catered for.

Most treatments will be suitable for pregnant women.
Many treatments can be adapted if need be.

How to book

1. Firstly, pick a date that you have in mind, contact us and we can discuss a convenient time and date, will need approx. 4 weeks notice, we can discuss treatments, as other therapists may need to be involved.
2. We will then send you your pack, including invitations if required (there will be a small charge for these) and a time sheet that will need to be completed (Remember min of 4 and max of 8). Unless we have agreed something different prior.
3. 1 week prior to the party you will need to send us the time sheets with the treatments that your friends require. Time sheets may need to be adapted slightly.

Tips for the Hostess
Firstly we will need a room to set up a couch; you may want this in the same room or a different room. Also you might like to light a few candles, dim the lights slightly and play some relaxing music (this can be supplied) you can also supply some nibbles and drinks, however alcohol is best kept to a minimum.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, payable by cheque. (This will be returned to you at your spa party).

Also if you could collect all of the money from your friends (made payable to each individual therapist) and give to the therapists at the start of your party, this will save time at the end of the evening when everyone is nice and relaxed! We can then slip away and let you enjoy the rest of the evening.
